New Life Service Co warrants our repair work on leather furniture for 6 months from the date of invoice. There are several reasons for this warranty period, as laid out below.
 
Brand-new leather furniture, never used, is generally warranted for a period of one year from the manufacturer. However, we go above and beyond that with our warranty. Contact us today!

Effects of Contaminants on Leather

Used leather furniture is somewhat absorptive. It's usually exposed to various contaminants during its life such as human and pet body oils, food and drink spills, and more. Wrong cleaners or conditioners can also adversely affect repair and refinish work on leather.

How pH Affects Leather Repairs and Refinishing?

The leather is tanned at a specific pH value, and if that pH value is affected, leather starts to deteriorate. If the value is affected enough, it can cause holes or tears in your leather.
 
Sometimes, age and use can affect the pH value, especially in lower-grade leathers. Repair and refinishing processes can be affected by this pH value as well. But the pH is impossible to measure - you can't visibly identify the pH value of your leather furniture. However, you can always count on us for quality leather repairs

Repairs on Furniture Seat Bottoms

The seat bottoms of any furniture usually take the most abuse from wear and use. If problems occur with the refinishing process, it usually happens there.
 
We'll come back promptly at no charge and repair any problem to do with cracking and peeling, but we do not warranty damage done to our repaired areas by pets or abuse.
